Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.* 
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been opened, used, missing the serial number, UPC bar code, or exceeds our 30 return policy. The items must be in their original packaging and returned at the customer's expense. ADI will refund the return shipping fee or issue a call tag and not charge the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also send an e-mail to returns@assistivedevicesinc.com requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In order for an item to be eligible for a refund or exchange, it must have an RMA number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

 

*For hygienic reasons, certain items are non-refundable.

We can ship to virtually any address within the continental United States.  

ADI's Free Shipping Policy covers standard shipping within the United States. Should you want something other than the standard shipping, we can provide you with the rates. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of your items and the carrier chosen.
