Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan* ADI is always ready to help you with your needs. Please contact Steve Chodorow with any questions or concerns at 512-346-0889 or 800-856-0889. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Standard Return Policy The customer may return any product in the first 30 days. In order to receive a refund, the unit must be returned with all components and packaging materials in tact. “Proof of Purchase” must be returned with the unit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges in returning the product. In-Warranty Repair All products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. “Proof of Purchase” must be returned with the unit. The unit will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion, with a new or reconditioned unit to meet the manufacturer’s product specifications. A repaired or replaced unit may be subject to a limited warranty. Out-of-Warranty Repair Any unit out of the warranty period or not covered due to abuse, unauthorized repair, alterations, misuse, etc. will be repaired for at customer’s expense. *Customer must contact ADI for a Return Merchandise Authorization number before returning any unit. |
Statement of Guarantee ADI will make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state for a period of three years after the item is discontinued. An equivalent replacement may or may not be from the original manufacturer. |
